2. Design & Kick-off

3. Manufacturing

4. T1 Validation

5. Approval & Ship

End-to-End Project Management

The 5-Stage Engineering Workflow

We break down complex tooling projects into manageable, transparent stages. Every step has defined engineering deliverables to give you complete control.

Stage 1 (Days 1-3)

Engineering Review & Quote

"We don't just quote price. We analyze geometry."

Before quoting, our engineers conduct a preliminary feasibility check to identify potential molding issues.

Key Deliverables

  • Detailed Quotation (Broken down by tool/part)
  • DFM Report (Draft Initial Feedback)
Stage 2 (Days 4-7)

Design & Kick-off

"Design for Manufacturing (DFM) finalization & Mold Design."

Collaborative review to freeze part design, followed by detailed 3D mold construction design for your approval.

Key Deliverables

  • Full 2D/3D Mold Assembly Drawing
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Project Gantt Chart Schedule
Stage 3 (Days 8-25)

Manufacturing & Monitoring

"CNC Machining, EDM, and Assembly. We monitor every step."

The 'Trading Company' Advantage:

Our PMs visit the workshop weekly to verify physical progress against the schedule, ensuring reality matches the report.

Key Deliverables

  • Weekly Progress Report (WPR) with Photos/Videos
  • Steel Hardness / Material Certs
Stage 4 (Day 30+)

T1 Trial & Validation

"Scientific Tryout. We test for processing window, not just a lucky shot."

We perform rigorous testing to establish a stable molding process before sending samples for your review.

Key Deliverables

  • T1 Samples (Express FedEx/DHL)
  • Dimensional Report (ISIR/FAI)
  • Trial Video & Parameter Sheet
Stage 5 (Final)

Approval & Shipping

"Final texture, plating, and export packaging."

Once samples are approved, we apply final surface finishes, conduct a pre-shipment check, and crate the mold for export.

Key Deliverables

  • Final Mold Check Report
  • Steel Certs & Heat Treatment Reports
  • Global Logistics Tracking Info

Total Visibility. No Surprises.

We eliminate the "black box" of overseas manufacturing. Our communication protocol is designed for busy Supply Chain Directors who need accurate, timely data without chasing suppliers.

The Weekly Report (WPR)

Every Friday, you get a detailed PDF showing exactly where your mold is on the Gantt chart, current completion %, identified issues, and high-resolution photos from the workshop floor. No chasing required.

Dedicated Project Manager

You get ONE point of contact—an English-speaking engineer—who handles the factory, QC, and logistics on your behalf. They translate your needs into technical execution.
